Founded in 2011, Rockstar Capital is an industry-leading property management company that owns and operates affordable, well-maintained apartment homes across Texas in Houston, Humble, Baytown, Rosenberg, Alvin, Angleton, Pasadena, Ingleside and Kingsville. We have achieved market domination in Humble, TX, where nearly 80% of apartments in the area are Rockstar communities. Our current portfolio includes 21 apartment communities with a total of 3,762 units and our current goal is to grow to 10,000 units by 2023. Our team members are the most important factor in the progress made so far towards meeting this goal and will continue to be so until it is achieved. Last year we enjoyed a companywide field trip for all of our team members to thank them for all of their hard work.
